What discipline is most desirable for Social Media management?
Since there aren't many w/ degrees in Social Media specifically, what do you think is the best educational and experience background for the ideal Social Media managers position?

Believe it or not I think writing skills (because you are always writing on the fly to influence) and marketing skills.

I would say there are two Gregory! Organization and analytical skills. There are so many venues to use in social media that if you can't organize your thoughts and strategy and analyze what you get from each, then you cannot be successful. Just my 2 cents
