It's also difficult to locate the features but I found them elsewhere. From what I gathered you can create flash websites, it has blogging, social features, facebook pages, mobile site creation, photos, videos, music, calendars, forms, it has graphics you can use and much more.

DoodleKit- Another hosted, no coding website builder for you to try. Many layouts and designs, multi language support, form tool, ecommerce, file uploads, blog, photos and images, RSS feeds and forums.
